EMile Gailly
Emile studied Editing and Post Production in order to become a documentary editor. Through entertainment, documentaries are impactful in teaching its audience to think in a different way, which is why Emile takes time to work on Buddha and the Whale's productions. He believes it's an added bonus that his work will ultimately give the other creatures living on this planet some much-needed awareness and aid.
Whilst working for Buddha and the Whale, he edited our documentary The Last Highland Tiger, which was screened at the Wildlife Conservation Film Festival 2018. It was also featured in two separate magazines: the first of which was TV Technology in September 2017 and the latest, Pro Moviemaker in spring 2018. Most recently, he edited the pilot episode of Bounce Back: Kaikoura Quake, for which he won editing awards.
